IPSY | September 2015

This month my IPSY bag came in a pretty warm brown textured bag.  This is one of the more subtle bags I have received, and I think it is spot-on for fall.  I love that this one matches my fall scarves and coats-- It will be getting some use over the next few months!  This month I was pleased with my bag.  Not head over heels, but pleased.



This month I received:

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream (1.0 oz)

I have tried this product in foil packets from Sephora.ca in the past, and have always been pleased.  I was excited to get a decent sized sample to have on hand because you never know when a girl will need a back up moisturiser.  Well what would you know, after my boyfriend dry shaved his face he was feeling a little parched and asked if I had anything.  He used some of this and was happy with the results.  So, I wouldn't be surprised if a full sized product like this made it into his Christmas stocking... ;)

Not Soap Radio Liquid Freud

This "emotional well-being hand/body lotion in coconut milk, mango and vanilla smells like a summer tropical island (which I will be visiting in a few months!).  It is a solid hand cream, in terms of actual product I would peg it at average.  But the smell... :)

IPSY x NYX Eyeshadow Trio

I love limited edition items with bow on it.  The colours are super wearable and I can easily see myself wearing them.  this palette is so compact, but includes a great range of colours.  I plan on leaving this with a mini eye-shadow primer at my boyfriend's.  Making packing easier every other weekend? Check.

Formula X "Ignite"

This pretty burgundy red will look great come the Holidays.  Sadly the first one they sent me was all gloopy.  I tweeted about it and they sent me a new one!  Great customer service.  I can't wait to wear this.

Tresique "Nantucket Nude" Lip Crayon

In June I received a Tresique Eye Crayon in a similar format, but in a less-than-pretty colour.  I am excited about the chance to giev the brand a second chance, and find this nude to be very flattering on me.
