Sometimes I'm not sure if I am more excited about going to the States to go to ULTA, or if its the whole vacation thing.
Either way tonight I caught myself aimlessly strolling through ULTA's website, and I cam up with a little wish list.
I know there are some lovely Americans who read this...any suggestions?
I'm such a sucker for minis! and with many of the products in these sets a mini is all you need! I am mostly hoping to pick up gift sets or mini sets that are unique to ULTA.
